Race Day: Thursday, November 28th
*There is no race day bib pick up without purchasing Will Call
*There is a self serve bag check located on the way to the start line. You are responsible for bringing a bag and labeling it with your number. Do not check anything of value. We are not responsible for lost items.

*Be prepared for cold and/or snowy conditions with these cold weather running tips 

Schedule

  • 7:30am 10K Starts (use caution at the 10K turn around, there is a curb)

  • 8:00am 6K Starts

  • 12:00pm Race results start to become available, no awards given on race day.

getting to the race / parking

  • Our recommended parking is the RiverCentre parking ramp. This lot will put you close to the start AND finish. It is recommended to enter the lot off of Kellogg then take the stairs down to Chestnut & Eagle. The Cost is $5 – (click here for directions

  • The Science Museum is next to the River Centre Ramp on Kellogg will also have parking for $5 - (click here for directions)

  • There is no parking South of Shepard Road on Spring Street.

  • There is no street parking in Irvine park.

Food Donation

The Open Door Food Shelf will have their mobile pantry onsite for donations with all food going to local families in need. We encourage you to stop by on your way to the start line and donate a food item from their pantry needs list.

Top 5 items to donate: Peanut butter, canned tuna or chicken, 16-48oz. bottles of vegetable oil, 64oz. bottles of 100% fruit juice, toilet paper

$100 provides 2 weeks of groceries for three families.

Help us reach our goal of $12,000 that will provide over 10,000 meals.
